Biography of the Equatorial Artist Luis Hernández Marcial
The Painter with his Little daughter
He was born in Quizapincha, Province of Tungurahua, that belongs to the Highlands, on June 9th, 1963. At four years old, he makes a journey to Guayaquil-Ecuador to reside until now days, with his parents and his six brothers. Since he was a child he won an Honor Mention for Painting “The Peer of Guayaquil” with a background of the “Ana´s Saint´s Hill” and “Del Carmen´s Hill”; and he earned also one hundred sucres for this Work of Art, given for the main Authorities of the School. He studies his Primary on the Fiscal School “Dominican Republic” No. 25 and his Secondary in The National High School “Aguirre Abad” in 1980 he finished. Bachelor of the Very Illustrious Municipal Beauty´s Art´s School in Guayaquil, Ecuador. He is married since 1990 and He has two sons and one daughter.
His Profession is Jewel´s Designer and Autodidactic Artist; he got inspiration on the books from José M. Parramón, which Title is: “Oleo´s Painting´s Great´s Book”, the Two volumes. The “Painting´s Drawing´s Complete´s Course”. And The Book from Editorial Sigmar Buenos Aires (Argentina): “My Marvelous Museum”, where he saw Precious Pictures of Renaissance Painters as: Monet, Vermeer, Rafael, Renoir, Picasso, Goya, Rembrandt, Leonardo De Vinci, Velásquez, Durero, Reynolds, Van Gogh, Cézanne, Delacroix, Fragonard, Toulouse-Lautrec, Degas, etc.
He dominates mainly the Oleo. His painting style is the Realism: Aesthetic system that assigns to the Works of Art the fidelity in the imitation of the Nature as object or motive, without ideality; trying to materialize the concrete things. But, he follows discovering new styles in painting.
